SEND & Inclusive Practice
Special Education Needs & Disability
All children may experience some difficulties in learning from time to time. We aim to provide equal access to the learning environments for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring high-quality childcare in Whitton that families can rely on for inclusive support.

At Kerswell Nursery & Forest School our ethos is built on sharing and delivering excellent inclusive practice. We work closely with local frameworks across the borough to support parents and carers of children with SEND, offering expert advice and access to specialist resources.
In addition to the existing support available from the Early Years Advisory Service (ie. Inclusion and Improvement Advisors, SEND Support Officers and Early Years Consultants) Early Years settings in Kingston and Richmond can also access support from us for their childcare in Whitton, from lower level and/or emerging SEND through to working with children with complex needs.
